We can predict you have seen the word "outstanding" used to characterize the work of faculty members listed on every university website.
In the College of Education and Human Ecology, however, we back up "outstanding" with concrete examples of our faculty members' research, teaching, and outreach.
They concentrate on urban education, physical fitness, mental health, and family finances. And then there is our work in nutrition and retail merchandising.
