For the courses you have left to take the last two quarters, list the quarter and year you plan to take each course. This aids your auditor in accurately evaluating your eligibility for graduation.
- Submit application to graduate - Submit your application to the Undergraduate Student Services office (CM 201) 2 quarters prior to planned quarter of graduation. Provide the current mailing address to ensure receipt of important notices regarding graduation.
- Notification of Approval Status - If your application was submitted by the deadline, you will be notified of your approval status by e-mail by the middle of the quarter prior to graduation. IF NOT APPROVED, SEE YOUR ADVISOR ASAP TO RESOLVE PROBLEMS AND INFORM AUDITOR in 201 CM.
