Consumers deserve outstanding service from hospitality, retail, consumer finance, and other direct consumer contact organizations. The Center for Consumer Service Excellence is designed to support both professionals and researchers. The CCSE is based in the Ohio State University main campus, Department of Consumer Sciences, and housed within Campbell Hall.
Our focus is on:
- Service development for hospitality, retail, consumer finance, and other firms selling to the final consumer.
- All organizations where a consumer interacts directly with the selling or service provision staff members.
- Quality Consumer Services throughout multiple, interactive and international channels.
