Fashion and Retail Studies
Located in the hometown of five of the biggest retail brands in the US, students have outstanding opportunities to gain experience and employment among the most creative leaders in retail.
Students in the Fashion and Retail Studies major:
- Take core courses in aesthetics, business of fashion, global markets, fashion forecasting, consumer behavior, textile/apparel analysis, retail environments
- Specialize in Merchandising or Product Development
- Gain professional skills and contacts through a required internship experience
The classroom experience may include team work, use of cutting edge software, and case study review.
Curriculum Information
