Office of International/Global Affairs

EHE International Projects (2008-2010)

EHE has current relationships, called Memoranda of Understandings (MOUs), in a number of different countries and institutions. The areas covered are research, teaching, and exchange programs. The list described below shows many of the College MOUs that been approved for three, four, or five year agreements with international partners. In addition, several faculty special projects are described below. Additional MOUs are added as they are developed and finalized.

One major international involvement is the UNESCO UNEVOC Center for which EHE/OSU is the only such center in North America. Further information is available at the UNEVOC website.

Dr. Cynthia Dillard has a long-term relationship with colleagues in Ghana. She regularly hosts groups of EHE faculty, students, and community members to visit schools that she has established in Ghana. Further information on her extensive work can be obtained form Dr. Dillard.

Faculty and staff who have projects and/or who want to initiate international affairs initiatives are encouraged to contact Associate Dean Charles Hancock to discuss ideas and explore links with the EHE international affairs priorities.
