The sequence may vary from campus to campus and can be completed in five quarters. Students engage in a coherent series of courses in adolescent development and learning, middle school philosophy and organization, teaching methods, technology, diversity, field experiences, an internship, a research and inquiry component, and a culminating project and/or examination focused on critical issues in education.
