    California State University Fullerton invites applicants to apply for the position of Parent Coordinator. Under the supervision of the CSUF Gear Up Project Director, the Parent Coordinator will serve as the primary liaison between the project and the parents at the designated target schools. The Parent Coordinator will develop, organize and implement workshops for parents on financial aid, educational options and college preparation, provide project information and develop newsletter articles for parents. They will develop evaluation plans to solicit feedback and evaluation from parents and assist the director in the coordination of parent and family activities with partnership agencies.     California State University Fullerton seeks applicants for the position Academic Coordinator (2 positions). Under the supervision of the CSUF Gear Up Director, the Academic Coordinator will serve as the primary liaison and the designated target school. The Academic Coordinator will assist in the development of comprehensive services and activities for program participants in an effort to motivate and develop necessary skills for them to complete a program of secondary education and enroll in a post-secondary institution.   • Sacramento – GRE & SAT Test Preparation Instructor Positions, Sherwood Test Prep
    Sherwood Test Prep is seeking test preparation instructors for their GRE and SAT classes. These are part-time positions with classes once per week on Sundays. Qualifications include: current graduate or professional student (Ph.D. (or equivalent), Master’s, J.D.); or completed Ph.D. (or equivalent), J.D., or Master’s degree; top-tier test scores on GRE, GMAT, LAST, SAT, or ACT; having taught at least one university semester/quarter class (prior university teaching experience is required); must have both excellent math and verbal/writing skills; and consistent Sunday commitment.
