Building Resilient Learners
The Schoenbaum Family Center and Crane Center for Early Childhood Research and Policy Summer Institute offers high-quality professional development for early childhood educators, administrators, social workers and clinicians who work with children at-risk or suffering from adverse childhood experiences. The conference features keynote speakers and breakout sessions emphasizing strategies to promote resilience in young children by fostering protective factors that can buffer the negative effects of poverty, stress, and trauma in early childhood.
Teachers will be awarded 6 hours of Ohio Approved credit, social workers will receive up to 5 CEUs.
