Responsibilities

• Provides statewide leadership and coordination for the Family Nutrition Program and for the Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program
  
• Provides linkages between the College of Human Ecology and OSU Extension
  
• Serves on Administrative Cabinet for OSU Extension and Executive Committee for the College of Human Ecology
  
• Negotiates and generates resources for Extension Family & Consumer Science programs
  
• Represents Extension FCS on a state, regional, national, and international basis
  
• Provides leadership for Family Nutrition Program (FNP)
  
• Works with Assistant Director to support FCS program unit work and implement FCS strategic plan and marketing initiatives
  
• Provides leadership and coordinates professional development opportunities for FCS personnel
  
• Assists in new grantsmanship opportunities for FCS
