Message from the Dean: Wanted - Autism therapists, No experience required
Dean Cheryl Achterberg

April is Autism Awareness Month. Our college is focused on the crisis of autism in many ways, including launching the first university student chapter of Autism Speaks.

Join chapter members on Fri, May 1, 6:00 p.m., in Campbell Hall Room 167, Columbus campus, to hear Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Consultant Dan Payne explain the basics of ABA therapy and how to become a paid ABA therapist.

Part-time therapists are desperately needed by the families of individuals with autism. No previous experience is required, and you learn invaluable behavior management skills while providing a meaningful service.

For more information about the student chapter's events, including fundraisers, visit their website or contact EHE Research Associate and Club Advisor Jessica Beauvais.
