Message from the Dean: More than 700 Students Served
Dean Cheryl Achterberg

Greetings alumni and friends,

As we celebrate the one-year anniversary of the Schoenbaum Family Center at Weinland Park, I was impressed to learn that the new facility served more than 700 Ohio State students last year.

Our human development and family science students watched best practices in action and conducted their practicum experiences in the classrooms. Nursing and dental students practiced health and dental screenings with the children, and optometry students conducted vision screenings.

What an incredible addition the center is to our college!

Please read about the many achievements at the Schoenbaum Center in its first year of serving the community.
