IP Video Request Form

The IP video equipment is available to the EHE faculty & Staff. Please submit one request for each conference/meeting you have planned.

Requests need to be submitted least 2 weeks before your scheduled conference/meeting. We need this time to schedule a test with the remote conference site(s). A copy of your request will also be e-mailed to you for your records.

In addition to submitting this request you also need to reserve the room for your meeting. Here is a list of rooms that currently can host IP Video conference/meeting:

• Room 21a Ramseyer Hall, to schedule a meeting contact Jenn Longo at: 7-TECH
• Room 133 Arps Hall, to schedule a meeting contact Pam Wine at: 2-2461
• Room 252 Campbell Hall to schedule a meeting contact Jenn Longo at: 7-TECH
• Room 329 Campbell Hall to schedule a meeting contact Mary Catherine Hughes 2-4485
• Campbell Hall also has mobile IP video units that can be set up in other rooms in Campbell Hall for more information contact Jenn Longo at: 7-TECH
