IP (and Web) video equipment is available to EHE faculty and staff. Please submit one request for each conference/meeting you have planned.
Requests need to be submitted at least 2 weeks before your scheduled conference/meeting. We need this time to schedule a test with the remote conference site(s). A copy of your request will also be e-mailed to you for your records.
In addition to submitting this request, you also need to reserve the room for your meeting. Here is a list of rooms that currently can host an IP video conference/meeting:
If you are a student scheduling a meeting for your faculty Advisor, please include the faculty's name, e-mail, and phone number in the 'Other Technical Needs' Field. Otherwise we may not be able to assist you.
