OTEL maintains the college technological infrastructure - all those things that go on "behind the scenes." This includes email and calendar collaboration tools provided through our Microsoft Exchange server. We also provide file storage for individuals and groups on our network and back up all files daily.

Using Exchange

Outlook and Entourage allow you to:

Microsoft Exchange
  • Schedule meetings and invite others to them
  • Automatically insert the meeting information into your calendar as well as the calendars of everyone you invite
  • Manage another person's calendar with permission
  • Retrieve email from multiple accounts at once

EHE Network Accounts

Your EHE network account allows you to:

  • Access your EHE email, including EHE Webmail
  • Access MyEHE, the college's intranet, where you can find helpful resources and internal documents.
  • Login to People.EHE to create and maintain your own site
  • Comply with OSU and EHE security guidelines for email security
