Evaluation of Coursework Transfer credit may be applied to your program at Ohio State, but first must go through faculty evaluation. Courses that are older than 5 years CANNOT be applied to this program. This may mean repeating courses you took previously.

In order to have credits evaluated, the following steps must be taken:

1. First, a Course Evaluation for Licensure-Only Curricula form  must be completed.
2. This form along with a copy of your transcript and a course description must be send to the Special Education Licensure Coordinator who will have it reviewed by faculty. The faculty will then notify the Licensure-Only Coordinator in PAES of their decision, and then the student will be contacted.
