Applicants interested in the OSU Counselor Education Program
The Application process for entry into the program for Autumn, 2008 is now closed. Questions about the program should be directed to individual faculty members or to the PAES Office of Student Services (614-292-6787). The OSU Counselor Education program will be hosting a series of Open Houses in autumn quarter, 2008, for persons interested in applying for autumn quarter, 2009. Please check back in September for a listing of those open house dates.

The Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage & Family Therapist Board has announced that the OSU Clinical Mental Health Counseling program has achieved 100% passing of the LPC licensure exam and 100% passing of the LPCC licensure exam in 2007. Congratulations to all our alumni who have secured this very impressive pass rate for our program!

The All Ohio Counselors Conference will be held November 5-7, 2008, at the Hilton Hotel at Easton Town Center. Click here for details. Click here for more information.

WE'VE MOVED!! The OSU Counselor Education Program is now housed in our brand new building, with a fantastic clinic with skylights for natural light, windows in the conference center that overlook the Shoe, kitchen facilities, and all the amenities.

2007-2008 Events & Highlights

 

The OSU Counselor Education End of the Year Banquet was a wonderful success.  24 students were inducted into Chi Sigma Iota, the Counselor Education honorary, and 27 M.A. graduates were hooded by their advisors, surrounded by more than 200 family and friends.
