About these sessions:



General conditioning: Open exercise time in the FSFP workout room. Unstructured, supervised.

Swimming: Open lap swimming. Unstructured, supervised.

Water Aerobics: Structured group fitness class

Express Aerobics: A 30 min. workout with a warm up, cardio, cool down & stretch 

Yoga: Beginning and intermediate Ashtanga
