General conditioning sessions are held year round, excluding university holidays. All other classes are only held during the academic quarter.

General conditioning: Open exercise time in the FSFP workout room. Unstructured, supervised.
Swimming: Open lap swimming. Unstructured, supervised.
Joint Mobility: Structured class to improve joint range of motion.
Water Aerobics: Structured group fitness class.
