The Masters of Education (M.Ed.) program is one of two master's degrees
offered in the Special Education program. The M.Ed. is for persons who
currently do not hold a teacher certification/licensure (in any area of general or
special education.) The Masters of Arts (M.A.) is offered for individuals who
have teacher certification/licensure and are seeking a masters degree in
Special Education.
