- Corey Smith (an undergraduate students) - serving as live in-classroom observer and data collector on Natalie Allen's Ph.D. dissertation, "Effects of a Story Fact Recall Game Folllowing Sustained Silent Reading (SSR) on Secondary Special Education Students' Off-task Behavior and Scores on Story Fact Recall Quizzes." Sports and Exercise Education
Undergraduate Perceptions of Working With Youth, Who Are Infected and/or Affected by Hiv/Aids, in a Physical Activity Setting - This case study examined the views and development of students' knowledge, behaviors and opinions toward HIV/AIDS within the context of a service-learning component between the undergraduate course EDU PAES 531: Social Issues and Concerns in Sport, Leisure and Exercise Behavior and local HIV/AIDS nonprofit service organization, Camp Sunrise. Through this experience students expanded their knowledge on HIV/AIDS and began thinking differently about the impact of HIV/AIDS in our society.

- Lindsay Eckles, Senior Project for Graduation with Distinction, "Attitudes Towards Women's Professional Leagues and Masculinity/Femininity in Females Involved in Varying Levels of Athletic Participation"
- Alison S. Beck, participated in the 2004 Denman Undergraduate Research Forum. The poster Ms. Beck had accepted was entitled, "Estimation of maximal lactate steady state in trained rowers", and is the result of the research carried out in a PAES laboratory.
