Graduate Student Services

Graduate students utilize the Office of Student & Alumni Services A100 PAES Bldg. throughout their academic tenure. OSAS facilitates the process of admission to our graduate programs but it's also the primary resource for completing several necessary program forms (appendices) during the academic program. Graduation assistance also comes from the OSAS.

Some graduate students at the Masters level will be completing a thesis and some will not. Program requirements for these two types of programs usually differ. OSAS can help graduate students maintain an accurate Program of Study throughout the graduate program. Students at the PhD level also have certain requirements that need to be met during the course of study. OSAS facilitates the maintenance of accurate program documentation for these students, as well.

Graduate Students should follow the Quarter by Quarter instructions for the appropriate category below:

Graduate School Workshops

The Graduate School will often sponsor special workshops for graduate students around topics such as:

  • Dissertation Preparation
  • Ethical Research
  • Professional Career Development

Check out The Graduate School Enrichment Series for upcoming opportunities.

Graduate Student Organizations

Student Involvement does not stop at the undergraduate level.  There are numerous ways to connect your classroom and internship experiences with events and projects conducted by organizations in the School of PAES, the College of Education and Human Ecology, and the University.  Check out a list of PAES Student Organizations.
