Step #1. Transferring specific courses to OSU

There are some critical steps you must take in order to transfer coursework to Ohio State from your previous universities or colleges.

1. To determine how your courses will transfer, you may access the Course Applicability System . This website allows students contemplating a transfer to submit their coursework to Ohio State (or any institution within the CAS network) for evaluation against Ohio State's academic programs.
2. You must have an official transcript sent to OSU and petition to have the courses transfer. Also, please refer to the Transfer Credit Evaluation Process page on this website for more detailed information about transferring credits.
