Pre-assessment: Kuder or OCIS Interest Assessment. Materials Needed: Access to Kuder or OCIS on a regular basis. Access to word processing, publisher, PowerPoint, Excel, and/or other software to make professional-looking documents. Facilities: Daily access to print or electronic career documents, the capacity to build professional-looking documents, and to publish hard or electronic copies of the documents. Business and Industry Resources: Access to business/industry human resource personnel or others who interview and hire within your community. Other Local Assets: Career counselors, with business/industry human resource assistance.
