4. Identify academic achievement indicators associated with setting new goals (e.g., GPA, proficiency exams, other standardized measures).
5. Create a system that can be used to manage personal and career growth.
6. Explore skills needed for self-efficacious personal and academic growth.
7. Demonstrate technologies that effectively manage learning.
