Dr. Eul Kyoo Bae

Dr. Eul Kyoo Bae is a visiting professor for the 2009-10 school year in the Workforce Development and Education Program.

Dr. Bae is professor at the College of Education, INHA University in Korea. He also serves as an advisory committee at the Department of Lifelong and Vocational Education in Korean Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology, including several profit and non-profit organizations. He received a Ph.D from the Ohio State University in human resource development. His major research is focusing on HRD program evaluation, professional competency, training transfer, and performance management.
