Dr. Hawley is associate professor of Workforce Development and Education. His research work is primarily in two areas, economic analyses of the relationship between school and work and organizational studies of workforce organizations. His recent research has integrated these two interests, and he is completing a four year study of the role of community colleges and vocational schools in helping low skill adults transition into better jobs. Dr. Hawley also continues to work internationally with governments working to design and evaluate public policies in education and training. Hawley.32@osu.edu
