Purpose
The purpose of the O-H Peer Recognition Program is to recognize faculty and staff members in the College of Education and Human Ecology who excel in providing outstanding and ongoing excellence in services to faculty, staff, students and/or others through communication, fairness, problem solving and contribution to the common good.
There are many opportunities to see the great things that are happening around EHE. The importance of recognizing these efforts and those individuals who bring our mission to life is the foundation for our O-H peer recognition program. The program allows you to show appreciation for your colleagues and recognize excellence.

Once 4 stamps have been received completing the (O-H-I-O) the card can be redeemed for a $10 Buck ID gift card. The college may also, at its discretion provide bonus "O-H" stamps for attendance at defined college functions. All individuals that complete their "O-H" with 4 stamps will be entered into an annual grand prize drawing to receive one of four cash awards.
