Tell us about your O-H-I-O on horseback photo, Nancy

"My friends and I love to spend our weekends riding our trusty steeds throughout Ohio's metro parks," writes Nancy L. Radebaugh,'88 Education. "There's no better way, in my opinion, to spend the day than riding horses, laughing with friends and spending the day out in nature ... and showing our Buckeye pride!"

Why did you choose to attend Ohio State?

"Part of my reason for choosing Ohio State was to follow in my family's footsteps. My mom, dad and sister are all Ohio State alumni, as well. But bigger than that was the prestige of earning a diploma from The Ohio State University. Its Education program is second to none.

"And, of course, there's the Buckeyes! I had tickets to every home game while I was a student and went to some of the away games, too. Because I lived at home and worked three jobs to put myself through school, being able to go to the football games gave me a way to connect with the university other than simply going to classes.

"To this day, I'm proud to say I'm a Buckeye!"

What are you doing today in your career?

"Having graduated from Ohio State in 1988 with a BS in Education, my goal was to teach French and German to high school students. Like so many, my well-laid plan did not come to fruition. However, because of my education, I was able to reach my current position as the internal communications manager for Lane Bryant. I love my job and the challenges and fun it provides me each and every day.
