CS CFFS 3191: Internship
Supervised practical experience at a department approved internship site related to the student’s selected major. This online course must be taken concurrently while completing the approved internship experience. The course includes an investigation and analysis of assigned problems and documentation of experience. Au/Sp
- Prereq: CS Consumer and Family Financial Services major, ConSci or CSCFFS 2990 (595), and CPHR 2.0 or above. Not open to students with credit for ConSci 589.02.S This course is graded S/U.

CSHSPMG 3191: Internship
Supervised practical experience at a department approved internship site related to the student's selected major. This online course must be taken concurrently while completing the approved internship experience. The course includes an investigation and analysis of assigned problems and documentation of experience. Sp/Su.
- Hospitality Management required 3 credit hour internship.
- Prereq: CSHPMG major: CONSCI or CSHPMG 2990 (595), and CPHR 2.0 or above. Not open to students with credit for ConSci 589.02, CSHSPMG 570, or 571.

EHE 3191: Internships in Education and Human Ecology
Practical experience or equivalent in an approved organization related to student’s major interest. This general internship option is for experiences that do not fit program specific EHE Internships. This course will not count for credit in any EHE major. Elective credit only.
- Prereq: CPHR 2.0 or above, and pre-major and/or major in Education and Human Ecology, and permission of instructor. Not open to students with credit for ConSci or CSCFFS, CSFRST, CSHSPMG 3191, OR HDFS 2189, 3189.01, 3189.02, 3189.03, 3189.04, 3189.05, 3189.06, 3189.07, HumnNtr 4189, KNSISM 3189, KNSISM 4191, KNHES 5191, KNPE 4489.05, KNPE 4191.

HUMNNTR 4189: Profession Experience in Human Nutrition
Supervised pre-planned employment with approved biomedical or medical professional. This online course must be taken concurrently while completing the approved internship experience.
- Prereq: Jr. Rank and HumnNtr major. Not open to students with credit for 589. This course is graded S/U, 1-3 units. Autumn, spring and summer semesters:
- 1 cr = 60 hrs. at internship site.

KNHES 5191: Internship in Exercise Science
Prepares students to assume career-related responsibilities in health and exercise science by providing a practical extended experience under the supervision of an exercise science professional. Supervised practical experience at a department approved internship site related to the student’s selected major. This course must be taken concurrently while completing the internship experience. Internship must last duration of term (i.e., 14 weeks). Students will be enrolled in this online course and are expected to synthesize their internship through assignments, online discussions, and portfolio development. Au/Sp/Su.
- Prereq: 4490, Jr. standing or above and admittance to the Health and Exercise Science program. Permission required.

KNSISM 3189: Field Experience in the Sport Industry
Orientation and professional experience in the sports industry. Supervised practical experience at a department approved internship site related to the student’s selected major. This course must be taken concurrently while completing the internship experience. Class meets once a week in addition to the completion of hours at the internship site. Internship must last duration of term (i.e., 14 weeks). The course includes an investigation and analysis of assigned problems and documentation of experience. Au/Sp/Su.

KNSISM 4191: Internship: The Sports Industry
Directed and supervised experience in a sports industry setting. Supervised practical experience at a department approved internship site related to the student’s selected major. This course must be taken concurrently while completing the internship experience. Internship must last duration of term (i.e., 14 weeks). Students will be enrolled in this online course and are expected to synthesize their internship through assignments, online discussions, and portfolio development. Au/Sp.
