Patricia is a Program Specialist for the Center on Education and Training for Employment (CETE). Patricia brings more than 20 years of secondary and post-secondary curriculum and instruction expertise to a variety of projects including instructional design and delivery; professional development design and delivery; and curriculum education and design.
