Heather Buck

Biography

Growing up with a father in the military, Heather Buck has experienced cultures and cuisines from all over the world.

Heather has had a passion for hospitality since she was 16, working as a dishwasher at her father’s Air Force base. After graduating from Eastern Illinois University with plans to become a history teacher, she found herself continuously drawn to the hospitality industry. She joined the Cameron Mitchell Restaurants’ (CMR) family in 2004 and today serves as CMR’s Director of Training and Guest Services. 

Recently, Heather was awarded the CMR “Milkshake Award”, for her willingness and determination to always provide guests with a positive dining experience, and for training all CMR employees to have an attitude that mirrors her own.

When she isn’t working or teaching she is speaking to groups about their service culture and loves traveling and meeting new people.  She loves engaging with others who love serving people!
