Register

The FSRDC provides approved researchers with access to restricted federal data resources that are not available through public-use datasets. These resources include data from multiple federal agencies and, in many cases, opportunities to work with linked datasets that can support innovative and high-impact research.

During this session, Dean Lillard, Executive Director of the OSU FSRDC, will provide an overview of:

• What the FSRDC is and how it operates
• The types of restricted federal datasets available through the FSRDC
• Emerging data resources and opportunities for data linkage
• Examples of research projects conducted using FSRDC resources
• How EHE researchers might leverage these resources in their own scholarship
• The proposal and approval process for accessing FSRDC data

Whether you are actively considering a project that might benefit from restricted federal data or are simply interested in learning more about the research possibilities available through the FSRDC, we encourage you to attend.

We hope you will join us.
