Biography

Kim Kelly-Bartley is vice president of marketing and product development for White Castle System. She is responsible for all activities associated with marketing and advertising as well as new product testing and roll out. This role requires continuous assessment of trends including consumer food preferences, engagement with technology and guest satisfaction and how they develop into sales building strategies.

Previously at White Castle, Bartley was vice president of marketing and site development and responsible for blending the brand image through marketing, engineering and construction for the restaurants.

For more than 30 years, she has been involved with marketing and advertising of restaurants, both company and franchise systems in various capacities.   

A former member of the Board of Directors of the Central Ohio Restaurant Association and Junior Achievement, Bartley is active in Women’s Foodservice Forum and The Ohio State University Hospitality Advisory Board. She was recently elected to the I Know I Can board of directors. She also has been on the industry advisory board for Technomic, an industry research company and member of Rotary of Columbus.  

Bartley joined the College of Education and Human Ecology as a hospitality management lecturer in autumn 2015.

She holds an MBA from The Ohio State University and undergraduate degree from Marywood University.
