Accelerated combined degree program only available to OSU Human Nutrition BSND majors in the Didactic Program in Dietetics (DPD) who have completed ≥ 90 credit hours by time of MDN admission, including MDN prerequisites, with a GPA ≥ 3.5

BSND Major and MDN Degree Dual Counted Requirements (9 UG/G Hours)

BSND-MDN Admission Requirements: 
Accelerated combined (e.g. 3+2 years) degree program only available to OSU Human Nutrition BSND majors in the Didactic Program in Dietetics (DPD) who have completed a minimum of 90 UG credit hours of required coursework for the Dietetics major, including MDN prerequisites, with a minimum cGPA of 3.5 in all previous undergraduate work (including credit hours from other institutions), prior to admission to the MDN.

Minimum cumulative OSU GPA of 3.0 and C- grade or higher required in all Human Nutrition courses and dual UG/G counted MDN courses to be eligible to receive a Verification Statement from the Didactic Program in Dietetics (DPD).

Minimum of 120 credit hours required for BS degree completion. Total Hours range is based on requirement course choices and/or the number of credits that overlap between requirement areas. Students are encouraged to overlap as many credits as possible.
