Keto diet linked to reduced depression symptoms in college students
A new study showed an association between at least 10 weeks of following a well-formulated ketogenic diet and a roughly 70% decrease in depression symptoms among a small group of college students. Professor Jeff Volek conducted the pilot trial, paving the way for a larger clinical trial.

Students earn prestigious Fashion Scholarship Fund awards
Four of our students competed with their case studies last year and won $10,000 scholarships from the prestigious Fashion Scholarship Fund. The fund also featured them in Women’s Wear Daily, hosted them at its New York gala with industry professionals and helped match them to valuable mentoring and internships.
