Step by Step Guide to Ordering Tickets

• Press “Get Tickets”
• Choose 1 ticket. It will say $13.17 each, but you will not need to pay.
• Click on the “>” to the right of section and price.
• Click on the yellow "View Seats" button.
• The seats in green are still available.
• On the right, choose which row you want to be in, then choose which specific seat you want.
• Press the "Select" button.
• Click "Continue" button.
• Under Order Summary on the left, choose the "Add Discount Code" button and type
  OSUEHE
• Click the "Add" button.
• Click the "Done" button.
• Click the "Confirm" button.

Your ticket has been ordered. You will receive an email from FEVO Enterprise thanking you for your purchase.

• Open the email on your phone.
• Click on "Access Tickets Online" to access your digital ticket and it will take you to a
  Ticketmaster/Clippers web page. Note: hard copy tickets are no longer issued, only digital tickets.
• Click on "Sign In" button.
• Type in the email address you used to order the ticket.
• If you do not have a Ticketmaster account, you’ll need to create one.
• Once you’ve logged on, click on the "My Tickets" button.
• Click on the "View Event Details" button.
• Click on the “>” next to your seat assignment.
• You will see your digital ticket. For the fastest way into the game, add your ticket to your digital wallet.
  (The ticket will not have a barcode.)

Ordering tickets for family/friends

You can order tickets for family and friends for $13.17 each. (Discounts are applied for youth and seniors
over 60.) Please order using the same process as above, but without the discount code, using the same
email address you used to order your tickets.
