Teaching Experience Resources

Teaching is a transformative part of graduate education and professional development. Whether you are leading a discussion section, designing a syllabus or mentoring undergraduates, teaching offers a powerful opportunity to deepen your subject knowledge, refine your communication skills, grow as a leader and prepare for future employment opportunities regardless of your career. For graduate students, these experiences not only enhance academic and professional development but also foster a greater sense of purpose and connection within the academic community. The College of Education and Human Ecology and The Ohio State University provide an array of opportunities to gain teaching experience to enhance your academic career, including those highlighted below.
