The Higher Education, Student Affairs, and Workforce Development (HESAW) program at Ohio State prepares forward-thinking leaders and educators for diverse roles across postsecondary institutions, workplaces and community organizations. Students are equipped to become successful professionals in higher education and student affairs, career and technical education, business and organizational learning and related fields.
